Our Care Team
We have caring, motivated and highly qualified staff enabling us
to offer a range of specialist care services.
We give all our staff ongoing training to continually develop skills; in turn they give you
the best quality care.
Training includes areas such as protection of vulnerable adults, dignity and respect
and infection control. We have in place supervision so staff can develop and receive
feedback and build on skills and experience.
All existing staff have a minimum of NVQ level 2/ Care Quality Framework (CQF) or
Advance apprenticeships in Health and Social Care, new staff are supported to
achieve a CQF or Advance apprenticeships in Health and Social Care.
